High-Performance Air Filters
OVERVIEW
The Revo ProPanel is a high-grade direct replacement filter for your vehicle. Designed as direct replacement filters to fit inside your factory airbox and are suitable for road or competition use.

DESIGN AND PERFORMANCE
Why choose foam? Because, compared to paper or other filter technologies, reticulated polyester foam achieves optimum performance against three key criteria:
• Maximum airflow: the ability to allow air to pass through without causing a large drop in pressure.
• Cleaning efficiency: the capability to arrest a high proportion of airborne dust while feeding the engine clean air.
• Dust load-up tolerance: the capability to absorb a large amount of dust without reducing air flow capacity.
This design of filter has been used in all fields of motorsport from Formula 1 to the World Rally Championship. The range receives this same attention to detail at the design stage and is then taken into production with consummate quality.
THREE LAYER FOAM SYSTEM
Revo ProPanel Filters use multi-layered foam technology to trap dust and dirt while maintaining flow efficiency over time. Using foam increases the filter's surface area and is washable, compared to standard paper and cotton filters which trap dust on the surface and become less efficient the more they are used, choking the engine and reducing performance.
The outer core is a coarse foam designed to trap larger particles, the second layer is a medium foam designed to trap most particles and the inner core is fine foam which will trap any particles small enough to reach it. The triple layer foam design ensures an exceptional level of engine protection and long-term performance advantage.

Serial Port Switch (SPS)
The Patented OBD2 interface is the ultimate compliment to our performance software. The SPS gives the user the ability to switch between performance modes and a stock performance setting via the vehicle OBD port.
Our SPS has a preset stock mode, the ability to store three performance settings and the additional benefit of a security lockout program (anti-theft).
Simply select a program, plug in, wait a few seconds, remove the select device and start the car. It's simple and there's no fixed switch to install in the vehicle.
SPS FUNCTIONALITY
The SPS delivers different levels of functionality depending on the vehicle it is used with, and whether variable switching is available in our performance software. Revo adjustability allows the vehicle to be set up efficiently for varying fuel quality and conditions. Although Revo offers some of the most substantial performance increases on the market, peak figures form part of a much bigger picture and are never the sole focus during development. Revo Software offers a perfect balance of performance, economy, longevity and safety. Development and testing of Revo performance software is completed in a number of territories around the world, taking into account variations in atmospheric conditions such as altitude and temperature. The Revo R&D process is the most extensive and in-depth in the industry, giving you a product you can trust and an experience you won't forget.
Revo software offers usable power and smooth delivery designed for the road, focusing on day-to-day driveability. Revo Engine Control Unit Software offers a significant performance increase of up to 27% more power over stock. The extra 40 PS results in a much more responsive drive with increased power available throughout the entire rev-range. The extra 90 NM of torque requires fewer gear changes allowing you to overtake with a lot more confidence. Fuel consumption and economy also play an important part in the Revo development process. By increasing torque and delivering power more efficiently you can expect like-for-like fuel consumption, regardless of the increase in power.

OVERVIEW
The Revo Big Brake Kit Upgrade is engineered to improve your stopping power in any condition. Whilst stock brakes are perfectly adequate for general driving; the braking system is often overlooked when enhancing a vehicle's performance.
In-depth testing is a key factor in the development of our products; our brake kits have been tested in a variety of conditions and scenarios to ensure they meet the constant stresses of road driving. Test kits were installed on our in-house development vehicles along with a number of vehicles around the world and put through their paces to prove their worth over the stock setup; providing exceptional performance combined with consistency and durability you can rely on, corner after corner, stop after stop.
Made by world leading brake manufacturer Alcon, only the best materials, techniques and processes have been used, with every step of the manufacturing process completed in the UK. Alcon has been at the forefront of motorsport braking innovation for over 30 years.
Our lightweight six pot caliper is a single piece aluminium Mono-bloc design. This design has been used to maximise rigidity, pedal feel and overall braking performance. The caliper incorporates a progressive six piston setup to give great brake balance, and high quality seals increasing resilience to road salts and other corrosive elements.
We use a two-piece floating disc and hat design to efficiently dissipate heat. The friction surface features crescent groves designed to increase bite and remove debris from the pad surface giving the perfect balance between brake feel and longevity. The discs feature internal cooling vanes that draw air from the centre of the disc outward to maximise heat dissipation and minimise heat transfer to the calipers, pads, and brake fluid, which plays an all-important part in providing consistent stopping power for your vehicle.
We supply our brake kit with Ferodo DS Performance Pads that offer a consistent pedal feel and fantastic braking performance both from cold and when hot. Combined with low wheel dusting, minimal noise characteristics, and low disc and pad wear rates this is the ideal pad compound for general road and track driving.
Our brake kit is supplied with stainless lines; consisting of a PTFE inner and stainless steel braided outer to eliminate the spongy feel of original rubber hoses, provide superior resistance to corrosion, and offer consistent braking performance.
Our brakes are supplied with Motul Dot 5.1 brake fluid; specifically designed for brakes systems with ABS. This is a long life synthetic brake fluid with superior boiling point qualities to conventional Dot 3 and 4 spec. fluids.

STAGE 2 - Performance ECU Software

Stage2 R&D involves months of extensive beta testing on vehicles all over the globe; making sure the correct components are selected and the software is tuned specifically to maximise the efficiency of the uprated components Our Stage 2 software upgrade is flashed through the ODB-II port leaving the factory ECU intact. Combined with less restrictive exhaust and intake, more efficient cooling and airflow our performance ECU Software increases the peak power up to 320bhp and 450Nm of torque. Stage 2 software optimizes the uprated hardware and ties it altogether to make the very most out of your upgrades. Giving you increased torque and power throughout the rev range without compromising on driveability, smoothness or power delivery. Stage 2 has performance mode options suitable for varying conditions and fuel quality.
The increases in torque throughout the rev-range give immense flexibility in any gear, and the engine revs out to redline much more enthusiastically than stock. The enhanced delivery of power achieved by the Revo software calibrators means that fuel economy remains unaffected, with some customers noting up to a 10% improvement in fuel economy as the engine no longer has to work as hard in each gear; this can vary depending on driving style.
